Gentle exercise classes for every body

JanX Holistic Health and Fitness run a number of sessions every week at the Centre on Mondays & Tuesdays including:

  • Pilates
  • All over Body Workout
  • Keep Fit to Music

These classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate so maybe it’s time to get that heart pumping!  Prices available as single session drop-in or discounted block bookings so why not give it a go and see how you get on.
